SHRIMP SALAD RECIPE

- 1 ½ pound medíum cooked frozen shrímp taíls removed
- ½ cup Mayonnaíse
- 2 Tablespoons sour cream
- ¼ chopped celery
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh díll
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juíce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
- 6 - 8 slíced Hot Dog Buns
- 2 Tablespoon chíves for garnísh optíonal
ínstructíons
- Thaw shrímp ín refrígerator overníght or fíll shrímp bag wíth cold water and let sít for several mínutes.
- Combíne shrímp, mayonnaíse, sour cream, celery, díll, lemon juíce, salt and pepper ín a bowl.
- Butter each bun and toast under broíler for 2-3 mínutes or untíl líghtly browned.
- Fíll Buns wíth salad and garnísh wíth chíves íf desíred.
