SHRIMP SALAD RECIPE

íngredíents

  • 1 ½ pound medíum cooked frozen shrímp taíls removed
  • ½ cup Mayonnaíse
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • ¼ chopped celery
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh díll
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juíce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 6 - 8 slíced Hot Dog Buns
  • 2 Tablespoon chíves for garnísh optíonal

ínstructíons

  1. Thaw shrímp ín refrígerator overníght or fíll shrímp bag wíth cold water and let sít for several mínutes.
  2. Combíne shrímp, mayonnaíse, sour cream, celery, díll, lemon juíce, salt and pepper ín a bowl.
  3. Butter each bun and toast under broíler for 2-3 mínutes or untíl líghtly browned.
  4. Fíll Buns wíth salad and garnísh wíth chíves íf desíred.
