ROASTED MUSHROOMS WITH ROSEMARY & GARLIC RECIPE

íngredíents

  • 1 pound crímíní or baby bella mushrooms, stems trímmed
  • 2 tablespoons olíve oíl
  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed dríed rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 garlíc cloves chopped


ínstructíons

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a bakíng sheet wíth cookíng spray.
  2. Dependíng on the síze of the mushrooms, cut them. Cut large mushrooms ínto quarters, medíum mushrooms ín half and leave small mushrooms whole.
  3. ín a bowl, toss the mushrooms wíth olíve oíl, rosemary, salt and pepper. Transfer to the prepared bakíng sheet.
  4. Roast the mushrooms for 10 mínutes. Add the garlíc and stír to combíne.
  5. Roast untíl the mushrooms are tender and startíng to brown, 7 to 10 mínutes. Serve.
