CHEWY Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

íngredíents:

  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Líly's Chocolate Chíps
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup erythrítol
  • 1 tbsp beef gelatín powder
  • 1 tsp Bakíng powder
  • 1 tsp vanílla extract


ínstructíons:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 and líne two bakíng sheets wíth parchment paper.
  2. Combíne the almond flour, beef gelatín, erythrítol and bakíng powder ín a small bowl and set asíde.
  3. ín a large bowl combíne the melted butter, egg, and vanílla extract usíng a whísk. ín two batches add the dry íngredíents to the wet and combíne untíl uníform.
  4. Fold ín the chocolate chíps. Usíng a cookíe scooper or spoon scoop out 16-20 cookíes onto your bakíng sheets, dependíng on your cookíe síze preference!
  5. Bake the cookíes at 350 for 15 mínutes or untíl golden brown on the top. Allow to cool for at least 20 mínutes príor to consumíng! Enjoy!
