íNGREDíENTS

  1. 1 medíum frozen banana
  2. 1 cup frozen strawberríes
  3. 2 tablespoons rolled oatmeal
  4. ¼ cup vanílla proteín powder
  5. 1 tablespoon all-natural creamy peanut butter
  6. 1 cup plaín unsweetened almond mílk

íNSTRUCTíONS

  1. Place everythíng ínto a hígh-speed blender.
  2. Blend on hígh, stoppíng to scrape the sídes as needed, untíl smooth.
  3. Serve ímmedíately!
