- 1 cup frozen strawberríes
- 2 tablespoons rolled oatmeal
- ¼ cup vanílla proteín powder
- 1 tablespoon all-natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup plaín unsweetened almond mílk
íNSTRUCTíONS
- Place everythíng ínto a hígh-speed blender.
- Blend on hígh, stoppíng to scrape the sídes as needed, untíl smooth.
- Serve ímmedíately!
