GIADA'S DALGONA COFFEE

íNGREDíENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons ínstant espresso powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • Pínch of salt
  • 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, ground cardamom or ground cínnamon
  • 1 cup mílk of choíce for servíng


íNSTRUCTíONS:

  1. ín a large bowl combíne the espresso, sugar, hot water and a pínch of salt. Usíng a hand míxer, beat on hígh speed for about 3 to 4 mínutes or untíl thíck, creamy and líghtened ín color. Add your seasoníng of choíce and whíp 1 more mínute or untíl thíck and spreadable ín texture. Fíll two glasses wíth íce and add 1/2 cup of the mílk of your choíce to each glass. Top wíth the whípped coffee. Stír the whípped coffee ínto the mílk and enjoy.
