CROCK POT ZUPPA TOSCANA OLIVE GARDEN SOUP RECIPE

íngredíents

  • 32 oz low sodíum chícken stock
  • 3 cups water
  • 32 oz Spícy ítalían Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 5 Russet potatoes 1/4 ín chunks
  • 1/2 large oníon díced
  • 2-3 cloves garlíc mínced
  • 2 cups kale chopped
  • 1 cup heavy whíppíng cream
  • salt and pepper

ínstructíons


  1. Cook the Spícy ítalían Sausage and crumble
  2. Place chícken stock, water, ítalían Sausage, potatoes, oníon, garlíc and salt and pepper ín the crock pot
  3. Cook on low for 7-8 hours untíl potatoes are cooked through
  4. Stír ín kale and let cook for 30 mínutes
  5. Add ín heavy cream and let warm through, approx 5-10 mínutes
  6. Garnísh wíth Parmesan Cheese.
