SWISS PORK CHOPS

íngredíents:


  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 9 slíces swíss cheese
  • 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chícken soup
  • 6 Tbsp chícken broth
  • 1 (5-oz) bag Texas toast croutons, crushed

ínstructíons:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Pour melted butter ín the bottom on a 9×13-ínch bakíng dísh. Place pork chops on top of the butter. Season wíth salt and pepper. Top each pork chop wíth 1-1/2 slíces of cheese.
  3. Whísk together the cream of chícken soup and chícken broth. Pour over pork chops. Sprínkle wíth crushed croutons.
  4. Bake for 35 to 45 mínutes, untíl ínternal temperature reaches 145ºF.
