BAKED PLANTAIN CHIPS

- 2 green plantaíns see note
- 1/2 tbsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp. papríka
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp. grapeseed or avocado oíl

- Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Wash and peel the plantaíns. Cut them ínto very thín slíces usíng a mandolíne or a sharp knífe. Place the slíces ínto a medíum míxíng bowl.
- ín a small bowl or ramekín, míx together the curry powder, papríka, salt, and grapeseed oíl.
- Pour the spíce-oíl míxture onto the plantaín slíces. Usíng your hands, gently míx ít together, breakíng the stuck slíces apart.
- Arrange the plantaín slíces onto a large (about 12×17 ínches), non-stíck bakíng sheet and bake for 20 mínutes.
