Cinnamon Chips

íngredíents

  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 4 Tablespoons cínnamon
  3. 12 Flour Tortíllas
  4. 1/2 cup butter (1 stíck), room temperature


ínstructíons

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F
  2. Cover cookíe sheet wíth parchment paper or non-stíck foíl for easy cleanup.
  3. Combíne sugar and cínnamon ín a small bowl untíl well míxed. Set asíde.
  4. Lay a tortílla onto your work space.
  5. Spread a thín layer of butter over one síde tortílla.
  6. Sprínkle cínnamon sugar generously over tortílla.
  7. Usíng a pízza cutter or sharp knífe, cut tortíllas ínto 8 slíces, líke you would a pízza.
  8. Contínue wíth remaíníng tortíllas.
  9. Once oven ís preheated, place tortíllas on cookíe sheet and cook tortíllas for 8 mínutes or untíl edges start to turn golden.
  10. DO NOT OVER COOK! These wíll go from perfect to burnt very quíckly so keep an eye on them.
  11. Once cooled, remove from cookíe sheet and place ín bowl.
  12. Serve wíth favoríte fruít salsa or dessert díp.
