YUM YUM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbs tomâto pâste
  • 1 cup vegân mâyo
  • 4 cloves gârlic
  • 1/3 cup onions, diced
  • 1 Tbs vegân butter
  • sâlt, pepper to tâste

Optionâl:


  • 4 tsp hot sâuce
  • 1 tsp smoked pâprikâ
  • 2 tsp mâple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In â câsserole or sâuce pân, heât vegân butter ând then âdd onions ând gârlic. Fry for âround 3 minutes until golden.
  2. Now tâke the câsserole off your stove ând go to â food processor or blender. Combine vegân mâyo, tomâto pâste, the optionâl âdd ons (mâple syrup, hot sâuce, ând smoked pâprikâ) ând the onion ând gârlic mix from the câsserole.
  3. Blend âll until smooth ând creâmy.
