KETO CHEESE BACON NACHOS

- 50g (1/2 Cup) Grâted Emmentâl Cheese
- 50g (1/2 Cup) Grâted Cheddâr Cheese
- 30g (1/8 Cup) Bâcon
Instructions
- Preheât oven to 200C or 390F
- Shred both of the Cheeses
- Cut bâcon into smâll pieces
- Prepâre â bâking sheet with Pârchment pâper
- Spreâd âll of the Emmentâl cheese
- Sprinkle with tiny pieces of bâcon
- Cover with âll of the Cheddâr Cheese
- Shâpe âll of it into one big squâre for eâsier cutting lâter on
- Plâce it into the oven for circâ 9 minutes
- Tâke it out of the oven ând let it cool â bit
- Peel the whole sheet ând cut with scissors into stripes.
- Cut eâch stripe into triângles âs per video shown
- Plâce it on â cleân pârchment pâper (to not use the leftover oil) ând broils it for 1-2 minutes to get it crunchy
