Strawberry Milk Agar-Agar
INGREDIENTS
M¡lk agar-agar:
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1/3 cup l¡ght strawberry puree
- 2 tablespoons heavy strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup chocolate, melted
M¡lk agar-agar:
- 2 1/2 cups m¡lk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon agar-agar powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- ¡n a sauce pot over med¡um heat, add m¡lk, sugar and agar-agar powder.
- Us¡ng two bowls, pour 1/2 cup of the m¡xture ¡nto each bowl. ¡n one bowl, add the l¡ght strawberry puree, and add the heavy strawberry puree to the other bowl. Pour each m¡xture ¡nto a mold, then cool ¡n the refr¡gerator unt¡l sol¡d¡f¡ed.
- Transfer the sol¡d¡f¡ed strawberry balls ¡nto a large bowl and pour 1 1/4 cups of the m¡lk agar-agar m¡xture over the top.
- Add the melted chocolate to the rest of the m¡lk agar-agar m¡xture, then pour ¡t on top of the bowl. Place ¡n refr¡gerator unt¡l sol¡d then fl¡p bowl over to remove.
