HONEY GARLIC SALMON IN FOIL
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 12 oz salmon fillet
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Rinse the salmon with cold water, pat dry with paper towels. Place the salmon fillet on a big sheet of aluminum foil. Season the surface of the salmon with salt and ground black pepper. Set aside.
- Mix the honey, garlic, butter and lemon juice together. Stir to combine well. Spoon the honey garlic mixture on the salmon fillet, coat evenly.
