For the filling:
- 3 apples peeled and chopped
- 2 drops cinnamon essential oil or 2 tsp cinnamon
- dash salt
For the crumble:
- 1/2 cup packed organic brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free baking flour My Costco had this!
- 3/4 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil softened
- World's BEST Gluten Free Apple Crisp!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl, stir together the filling ingredients and then pour evenly into a 8x8 or 9x9 glass pan.
- Note: The cinnamon essential oil is what makes this the "World's BEST." You can use regular cinnamon in place of it, but it doesn't have the same "ka-pow!" flavor.
