White Chocolate Saltine Toffee


  • 48 Saltine Crackers
  • 1 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Light Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 2 c. White Chocolate Chips or Vanilla Melting Chocolate
  • Pastel Candy Sprinkles
White Chocolate Saltine Toffee

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and even rows of saltine crackers. In a medium pot, melt butter and brown sugar over low heat. Once the butter is melted, turn the heat up to medium-high and stir constantly until it turns into a thick, bubbly syrup.
