Rocky Road Brownies Recipe
Ingredients:
Rocky Road topping:
Directions:
- Brownie base: (You can definitely use boxed brownies or your favorite brownie recipe for this. I have included our Fudgy Brownie recipe)
- 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine (you can use butter, but they don’t turn out quite as fudgy), melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- pinch of salt
Rocky Road topping:
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts, but any nuts will do)
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- Chocolate drizzle (optional- recipe below)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Spray a 9×13″ baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Stir cocoa and melted margarine together in a bowl. Add sugar and eggs and mix well.
