INSTANT POT LOW CARB PIZZA CASSEROLE
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 1 lbs ground turkey
- 1 package pepperoni
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Turn your IP on saute mode. Add a teaspoon of olive oil. Once hot, add ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Cook turkey thoroughly.
- Once done, remove ground turkey and place in a separate container.
- Rinse out your IP liner with hot water.
