FRENCH TOAST OVERNIGHT OATS
A simple, healthy and delicious protein packed breakfast that tastes just like French Toast and can be prepared the night before.
- 1 cup quick cut oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup almond milk
- whipped cream for topping
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
