DIY Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning Mix
- 1 beef boullion cube, crushed (or 1 teaspoon beef boullion granules)
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- dash of black pepper
Use right away or label and store in an airtight container or zipper seal bag for up to 2 months.
To make a hearty meat sauce, brown 1 pound of ground beef or Italian Sausage in a Non-Stick Skillet. Drain fat. Add the dry seasoning mix. If needed, add salt to taste.
