CINNAMON CRUMB CAKE KETO DONUTS
Delicious cinnamon sugar keto donuts with an almond crumb topping. Low carb donuts never tasted so good!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2/3 cup erythritol sweetener, like Swerve
- 6 eggs, large
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
Crumble
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 tbsp erythritol sweetener, like Swerve
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray.
