Cannoli Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Frosting Recipe

If you love cannoli and also love cupcakes, you’re allowed to have the best of both worlds with this amazing recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2-½ cups Flour
  • 2-½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Marsala Wine
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1-¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 or 2 cups of Chocolate Chips

FOR THE FROSTING:

  • 1-½ stick Butter, Softened
  • 1 whole Vanilla Bean, Split, And Scraped
  • 6 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • ¾ cups Shortening
  • 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
