Blueberry Overnight Oats Recipe {Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low FODMAP}
Ingredients:
Directions:
- ½ cup gluten free steel cut or rolled oats (no need to pre-cook!)
- ½ tablespoon NOWfoods organic toasted hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- ½ – 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ ripe banana (mashed)
- ½ – 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, (or other lactose-free, nut, regular milk of choice)
- Overnight-Oats-Recipes
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid. (I wash and reuse small glass jars from olives!)
- Twist on the lid tightly and shake to combine the ingredients.
