Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1-1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 2 cups favorite plant based milk, make your own coconut milk here
- 1 small apple, cored and diced (can leave skins on)
- 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- Optional toppings: honey/maple syrup, more apples or your favorite nut (I like walnuts in here)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a 32 ounce mason jar and shake to combine. Place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Enjoy in the morning with prefered toppings.
