- 3 medium carrots
- 1 Cup oats
- 1 Cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 Cup dates
- 1 TBSP coconut oil or other light flavoured oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger dried
- Desiccated coconut for rolling
