  • 1/2  cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Line a baking sheet with tin foil and parchment paper
  2. Add cheeses and spices to ground chicken and mix
  3. Form a log shape, place on baking sheet and spread evenly
  4. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes.
