2 INGREDIENT AIR FRYER BAGELS
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup zero fat Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 egg (for egg wash) - optional
- Any desired bagel toppings such as poppy seeds, sesame seeds, etc.
- Mix flour and yogurt in a mixing bowl. Combine into a tacky dough.
- Sprinkle flour onto a cutting board and roll dough into a ball. Cut dough ball into fourths.
- Using your hand, roll each dough ball into a bagel shape and pinch edges together.
