- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cubed cold butter (I prefer to use unsalted)
- 1/4-1/2 cup cold water
There are three ways that I make pie crust:
- By rolling out the butter into the dry ingredients (the method I’m going to show you here).
- The more traditional way of cutting the butter with a pastry blender.
