FAT BURNING GREEN SMOOTHIE (GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN, PALEO)

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp of ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
FAT BURNING GREEN SMOOTHIE (GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN, PALEO)


ALL YOU HAVE TO DO:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. 
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. If smoothie is too thick, add water. If too thin, add ice.
