Cranberry & Pomegranate Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 pomegranate

Instructions

  1. Clean the pomegranate seeds from half of a pomegranate. Making sure to remove the pith {the inside white part that sticks to the seeds} You can do this by placing the seeds in a bowl and filling it with water. The pith will rise to the top.
