Low Carb Peanut Butter Balls
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol/swerve confectioners
- 3 oz Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine peanut butter, almond flour and sweetener. Combine well.
- Place peanut butter mixture into freezer for an hour.
- Melt bakers chocolate in microwave or double broiler.
