INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol/swerve confectioners
  • 3 oz Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine peanut butter, almond flour and sweetener. Combine well.
  2. Place peanut butter mixture into freezer for an hour.
  3. Melt bakers chocolate in microwave or double broiler.
