Easy Christmas Bark
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp shortening or coconut oil
- green & red chocolate candies
- Christmas sprinkles
- Heat chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute intervals stirring in between until smooth. (My microwave took 2 minutes to melt chocolate.)
- When chips are melted, stir in shortening and heat in 10 sec. intervals until smooth.
- Pour chocolate onto a foil lined baking tray.
