Buttery Sweet Corn Bread
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in eggs, buttermilk, and milk. Mix till well blended.
- Add flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt.
