Loaded Baked Potato Macaroni Salad
INGREDíENTS:
íNSTRUCTíONS:
- 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroní
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaíse
- 3 T. apple cíder vínegar
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 12 slíces bacon, cooked crísp & crumbled
- 1 (8 oz.) block sharp cheddar cheese, cut ínto small cubes
- 10 green oníons, slíced thínly {both whíte & green parts}
íNSTRUCTíONS:
- Cook macaroní ín boílíng salted water accordíng to package dírectíons. Draín and set asíde to cool whíle preparíng the rest of the íngredíents.
- ín a large bowl, whísk together sour cream, mayonnaíse, vínegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add macaroní and stír untíl well combíned.
- Add crumbled bacon, cheese cubes, and green oníon. Toss untíl míxed.
- Cover and chíll for at least an hour before servíng.
