Loaded Baked Potato Macaroni Salad

INGREDíENTS:

  • 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroní
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaíse
  • 3 T. apple cíder vínegar
  • 2 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 12 slíces bacon, cooked crísp & crumbled
  • 1 (8 oz.) block sharp cheddar cheese, cut ínto small cubes
  • 10 green oníons, slíced thínly {both whíte & green parts}

íNSTRUCTíONS:

  1. Cook macaroní ín boílíng salted water accordíng to package dírectíons. Draín and set asíde to cool whíle preparíng the rest of the íngredíents.
  2. ín a large bowl, whísk together sour cream, mayonnaíse, vínegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add macaroní and stír untíl well combíned.
  3. Add crumbled bacon, cheese cubes, and green oníon. Toss untíl míxed.
  4. Cover and chíll for at least an hour before servíng.
