- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
For the Filling
- 8 to 10 fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon, and cut in the butter, with a knife, until crumbly. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
