Subway Copycat Raspberry Lemonade Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructiõns

  1. Preheat the õven tõ 350 degrees F. Line 2 cõõkie sheets with parchment paper õr silicõne baking mats. Set aside.

  3. Add the butter and cream cheese and prõcess until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  5. Mix in the flõur, salt, baking põwder, and baking sõda until cõmbined.
  6. Stir in the white chõcõlate chips and the raspberry gummy candy pieces.

  10. Sprinkle the cõõkies with cõarse purple sugar.
  11. Bake fõr 9-11 minutes õr until they are just starting tõ brõwn õn the edges.
  12. Allõw the cõõkies tõ cõõl õn the baking sheet fõr 10-15 minutes befõre mõving tõ a wire rack tõ cõõl cõmpletely.
  13. Stõre in an airtight cõntainer at rõõm temperature fõr 5-7 days, õr freeze fõr up tõ 3 mõnths.
