Healthy Potato Snack

Ingredients

  • 600g New or Baby Potato
  • Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle of Dried Rosemary leaves
  • Teaspoon Salt

Method
  1. Preheat Oven 200C.
  2. Cut potatoes sized around 1 inch.
  3. Place into bowl and drizzle olive oil stirring to coat all pieces
  4. Place onto baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Place in oven cooking for around 15 minspull out 15 min mark and sprinkle with rosemary and put back into oven for a further 5-10 mins depending on your oven.
