FRENCH TOAST OVERNIGHT OATS

A simple, healthy and delicious protein packed breakfast that tastes just like French Toast and can be prepared the night before.


Ingredients
  • 1 cup quick cut oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • whipped cream for topping
FRENCH TOAST OVERNIGHT OATS

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top with whipped cream and serve.
