Blueberry Overnight Oats Recipe {Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low FODMAP}

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup gluten free steel cut or rolled oats (no need to pre-cook!)
  • ½ tablespoon NOWfoods organic toasted hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • ½ – 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ ripe banana (mashed)
  • ½ – 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, (or other lactose-free, nut, regular milk of choice)

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid. (I wash and reuse small glass jars from olives!)
  2. Twist on the lid tightly and shake to combine the ingredients.
