Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 – 2 Tablespoons Stevia
  • 1 Cup Strawberries

Directions


  1. Beat the cream until thickened.
  2. Beat in the cream cheese and stevia.
  3. Chop the strawberries and whisk or fold into the mousse until fully incorporated.
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours to thicken.
  5. Top with more chopped berries, serve and enjoy.
